The opportunity
225,000
residents in the proposed Greater Lincoln area — more than double today's boundary and a substantial increase in geographical area as you can see on the map.

Under the proposal to substantially enhance the City of Lincoln council boundary to a new, Greater Lincoln area — now under Government review — the population would more than double to an estimated 225,000 residents; a huge opportunity to revitalise where we have chosen to live, work and raise families.

InvestLincoln will be the proud advocate of what a renewed Greater Lincoln can be, bringing together public, private and third sectors operating in the region to coordinate on projects that drive impact.

A growing city
20,000+
students choose Lincoln as their temporary home.

Lincoln is growing, but it should be growing faster. Housing multiple universities and colleges, there are over 20,000 students that have chosen Lincoln as their temporary home; but far more could be done to convert that next generation into future Lincoln residents.

Why Lincoln

Small, but it punches well above its weight.

Lincoln as a city is small, but like all good David and Goliath stories, it punches well above its weight. The historical legacy spanning 2000 years, the beautiful atmosphere of the Bailgate and Brayford, the tourist hotspots of Lincoln Castle and Lincoln Cathedral; there's a reason people fall in love with Lincoln.

The Collective

For Lincoln to do more than just survive, instead to grow and flourish, Lincoln needs co-ordinated support from the private sector. It needs innovation and drive.

This once in a generational alteration to the boundary of the City of Lincoln is the perfect opportunity to create a Collective that sees the future potential, and wants to be a part of that journey.

A new network of senior professionals, directors, business owners and entrepreneurs.

InvestLincoln seeks to build a collective of like minded individuals who share in the future prosperity of this new region for our businesses, our families and our future. InvestLincoln is a new network of senior professionals, directors, business owners and entrepreneurs who already invest their time, their efforts, their capital and their leadership into the city.

But realise that combining those efforts together will amplify the impact and create far stronger outcomes for all.

“As a collective, we take ownership over the difference we can make together.”

InvestLincoln is a project based group, as a collective we believe that we can support the changes we want to see and take ownership over the difference we can make together.

The club

InvestLincoln is a members club combining business events, social gatherings and the InvestLincoln Monthly Debrief, our members’ newsletter of key information. But its core purpose will be to identify and deliver on core projects.

The first of which, Project-01 is available for members to preview.

Its members are The Collective; the members’ directory is The Collective List.
